Full job description: Technical Support


As Zoni’s Technical Support, you will provide quick and efficient technical assistance, resolving issues for students, faculty, and staff, while collaborating with various teams to maintain our commitment to educational excellence.

• Provide timely and effective solutions to technical queries from students, faculty, and staff.
• Proactively follow up with students who have attendance concerns, offering support and solutions to improve their academic engagement.
• Respond to student inquiries regarding class schedules, academic processes, and other related concerns in a timely and accurate manner.
•Collaborate with faculty and other departments to ensure that students receive the necessary resources and support.




Remote

  • Intermediate to advanced level of English.
  • Technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Team player in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
  • Preferred: A degree or studies in Modern Languages or a related field, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
